I am delighted and honoured that the electorate of Beckenham has re-elected me to be their member of parliament. In the Civic Centre of Bromley Council my election result was announced in the early hours of today. Turnout was a very respectable 72.55 per cent and I gained a slightly increased majority from 2010; it now being 18,471. The detailed votes were:
